Over the past 3 nights I have been stuggling to get this to work my first shot was to soft and undefined, my second shot got more definition but no consistant sharpness so todays effort is an accumulation of what I have learnt from both attempts and also the use of an external flash which has made a huge difference.

I promise this is my last one now for a while please do comment though on this shot at least, I think it looks like a human sitting down with their arm up and finger going towards the mouth. Yep I am tired and delusional.

Well this is another one of those images I really wanted to try once I had a SLR this is a candle been extingushed, brought into photoshop then inverted, and finally the hue was changed so it became something weird.

It aint as sharp as I was hoping for but I am very pleased with this first attempt.

Ok this is the last for this week in my work related pictures but I have seen other shots that I would like to take, well in my head anyhow.

This is my main baby in the studio, my mixing desk. It is a Digidesign “D Control” which is digidesigns main console for sale at present and when writing this post we are still the only studio in Ireland to have this beast, not only that but we have 2 of em. Going miles away from photoblogging this desk, since its made by the makers of Protools works in tandem very nicely with the software with very little need for mouse use for menus etc. It does a lot more besides but this post would bore the pants of the majority of people coming here.

Here is my second picture from my studio this time I took a picture of the top of the front of my G5 Mac which basically runs the studio for me, without this beast well my job would be very hard indeed, although I do hate it on occasions!
