Im still up here on Killiney Hill which is covered with this stuff, gorse. It makes going off the beaten tracks a bit of a pain in the arse. but it is lovely when it is flowering.

On Sunday Saturday (thanks for the correction Ral or Lar) Paula, Rebecca and I went for a walk up Killiney hill and went down a very unbuggy friendly path and this view greeted us. It was to good a view, and I had to get the camera out much to Paulas annoyance, but I am very happy with the end result.
I also have some huge panoramic shots of the whole of the bay from Bray head to Dalkey Island, but since it is made from 21 shots I cant figure a way to get the bloody thing up on the webpage without scrolling being an option, if anyone has any bright ideas how else I could do it please let me know.

Same trolley but a different crop on the image, dont know which one I prefer this one conforms a bit more to the rul of thirds so many photographers etc talk about. But yesterdays had a touch more mystery to it since the trolley is so well hidden in the rocks. Please let me know what you think!

I love it when you get more then you expect. This was a fluke of a shot and the story goes as follows I wanted to do a longish exposure for the water coming in around the rocks and set up the camera accordingly what I did not see since it was getting dark when I took this was the rusted trolley which I imagine has been there for years. It was only after giving the shot a brightness boost I saw it. Tommorrow I will be putting up a different one, well same trolley different crop.

Another picture taken a bit further down the seafront near bray head away from the other flock of gulls these 2 just sat back looking at the weather go by.

Sorry for not getting an image up the past few days but a mix of a bug and flu took me out. So here we are again at Bray seafront and the waves, as I said previously they were quite big, so much so these gulls could not stay still on the ground.

Well I told you the waves were something else, its such a shame nobody else was on the beach so you could get a real feel for the height of these waves they must have been 8 feet high and relentless in battering that barrier.
