Last weekend a fellow photoblogger Lynn Rockwell from Digital Glad Rags now Focus on Photography lost her battle with cancer.

Lynn has been an inspiration to a lot of people in the photoblogging community, more so myself.

Lynn found this site a long time ago and was one of my first regular visitors and became a good mentor for me with her critiques of my pictures some good and some telling me how I had gone wrong.

Bob Foss from Forgingahead wrote a tribute for Lynn on Photoblogs.org which I think sums Lynn up perfectly.

So I would like to dedicate this photo of a beautiful swan in memory of Lynn.
