Dandelion Explosion

I was outside tonight having a smoke, and over the past few weekends I have been attempting to keep the grass down and get the garden in some sort of shape.
What has happened since, dandelions that were not there when my grass was like a wild meadow have suddenly appeared and I would say this weed is actually starting to take over my garden, and all because of these fluffy little seed heads which are all over Bray at the moment thriving obviously with the hot weather.
Bastards!!!

Agh, we have this infestation too. They were pretty for awhile, now it just looks like the Triffids have taken over.

Claire – I know the feeling, I have a strange feeling this weekend may well be spent digging up the whole garden to start again from scratch, I would think over half the garden now has these so not worth using weed killer.
Dave – cropped the original, boosted the contrast quite a bit, and added a mist effect to it thats about it.
Frank – could have been better if I had a lovely macro lens as I just said to dave its a cheat really since it is quite a big crop, but glad you like it.
Sh – If you need more digging to do, give me a call on the mobile you have the number and I shall repay with a beer and a large wall print.
