Its been a while since I put up any pictures of my little trouble maker, Rebecca. Well at 22 months, her personality is really shining through, she is a cheeky little madam, in a funny way not irritating way, active, and always happy. She is also really starting to talk now, which is great gas all together.

Anyhow since the weather was so good today the swing came out of the shed and got dusted down, not until after she spent 2 hours in the sand pit. She did look a ticket in her Dora Shades and hat though.

Ok I think I am back somewhat, many thanks for the emails wondering whats going on with McAWilliams, and to be honest I aint gonna bore you with the details but to say 2008 has not been good to me thus far, accidents, faulty machinary, illness, just all round shittyness.

Anyhow these problems have gone away and got repaired so I felt I should put an image up to let folk know I am still around. This was taken the other night while taking a passport photo of Rebecca at home, this was when I had to change the batteries in the flash and rather then keep posing she just turned her head away to see what was on TV, as soon as the flash was working again she went straight back to posing.

How bad have I been, my first image for December. Well to be honest work is at its peak for me since I do sound for adverts and obviously christmas is an advertisers heaven.

Anyhow on to the picture in hand, over the weekend we put up our christmas tree and Rebecca tried to get involved at one point she even brought the fully decorated tree down but anyhow here she is in all her innocence showing of santa to one and all.

Update : I apologise for the lack of images for the month of December, my camera ran into all sorts of technical Difficulties and is getting repaired, please do come back soon and in the meantime merry christmas and a happy new year

So there goes Halloween, here comes Christmas now in full flight.

I have to admit it was a much quieter Halloween then I have experienced over the last few years. Possibly because it was midweek or maybe because everybody had been firing off their fireworks for the past 2 weeks.

It was great though to be able to dress Rebecca up for the occasion, she was all dolled up as a little witch, with a cape that said “pretty pink witch” she really looked a treat.

Back to Dublin Zoo, and this is one of the many play areas for kids scattered around the Zoo. This particular one is found at the new elephant enclosure and has 2 wonderfully carved wooden elephants for the kids to sit on.

I must also say that new huge elephant enclosure is fantastic. It is massive and obviously much better for the Dublin Zoo elephants but it also makes getting close up and personal with them a little more difficult.

Another photograph from the Mary and Trevor’s wedding, and to be honest one image I am seriously proud of.

This is my wife Paula’s first time to make it properly to the blog, the only other image was one of Rebecca been fed while very young, and really the focus of that image was mainly on Rebecca.

Tomorrow there may well be no image, since I could possibly be kicked out of the house once she spots the fact I have placed this image up.

Where has the past year gone, I remember this time last year I was putting the first picture of herself up.

Today Rebecca Williams hit the big 1, and I am so tired. We decided to have a party for her today and to be honest to all those parents out there who have done the first birthday party, how tiring an event is that, unfortunately for Rebecca she was quite unwell today so did not enjoy the party as much as she could have, but what a great day anyhow.

Next week I am on holidays and will be honest from Monday to Friday picture updates will not be happening, but since we are heading to wexford I should have a lot of shots to put up.
