Jameos Del Agua Lagoon
Here is my second shot from “Jameos Del Agua” straight ahead past the plants at the back would be where the previous shot came from this is the Lagoon in the centre of the grotto. The design and layout obviously has been designed by nature but Cesar Manrique an artist from Lanzarote has also helped to make it a fantastic tourist attraction.
The lagoon contains salt water but is amazingly clear and is home to hundreds of tiny blind white crabs normally found in deeper seas. The other amazing thing is that this lagoon even though far away from the ocean rises and falls with the tide.
I hope my blog is not starting to sound like a lecture but this really was one of my highlights from my trip to Lanzarote

I have been there myself in 2000, great place to see…. great photo. Good to see something new here.

I have always wanted to go there. This is a great shot; the reflections are so clear you could practically flip this photo upside down.
