I have been a very bad blogger, but I hope you will understand this build even though it looks like being completed next week has actually taken a bit out of me, every evening I come home to see more and more work done, but this also allows the perfectionist in me to find faults, take the floor being a prime example, one of the window frames was not level, radiator was going onto the wrong wall etc etc.
Thankfully Park Avenue Conservatories are proving to be fantastic, they take everything I have said and fixed it as soon as they can.
Today is their 10th day on the job and to hear that in 7 working days they should be complete is so reassuring, so many doubters had said “ah sure they say 4 weeks, it will be at least 8″ how wrong were they.
Anyhow enough about my trials and tribulations, here is another shot from the Maritime festival since I have not been taking any pictures of late, this time of the Kaskelot tall ship from Bristol.

I really like your maritime festival pictures. They’re great. This one especially has great colors and I love the way everything is so clear shapen!
I love the rigging and the sharp details, and then the yellow shirt in front.
Alright, it is a nice picture, but I need an update on the interesting construction site.
Jaysus never thought my home build pictures would generate any interest, well they blocked my spot where I took the shots so have not taken anymore since, will try over the next day or 2.
Franzi and Geraldine thank you so much for the comments, I really was concerned I might be boring people with these pictures nice to see a postive set of comments, thanks again as always.
I don’t see how you could bore anyone with your shots. I think this is a great shot, it leads you down the river where the modern masts (cranes) take over.
Darren, never even noticed the cranes myself thanks for bring them to my attention.
How many ropes?
Well on my last count I counted ….. jaysus I dont know, what a bizarre question DF, explain yourself please.
Perhaps I should rephrase that:
How many ropes!?!?
