Marsh Marigold
God I really need to put by some time to update my blog more often, I am getting lazy!!!
Well honestly that aint the truth at all work is busy at present and its keeping me from all internet related things even twitter these days.
Tomorrow a photowalk has been organised by Phil from Icedcoffee and I am looking forward to it, a load of people are going, a lot of familiar faces and then some folk I have spoken too but as yet have not met, so it should be a great day. It begins at 2pm at the spire on O’Connell Street and plans to go on until 5pm when drinks shall be had. It you have nothing better to do, why not come along and join us!!!
So anyhow this image is from my garden pond and is the plant that keeps giving, the marsh marigold. I have had this plant for 8 years now and each year more yellow flowers appear, but this year is also a special one since a frog has found its way to my pond and the marsh marigold has been his hiding place, where he has come from I don’t know but he is more then welcome to use my pond and plants as his home for as long as he wishes.

I like this picture, somehow it resembles a stopmotion showing three perspectives of the same detail to me.
I think I should come over and join one of the photowalks sometime soon

That’s beautiful, John!!! I have frogs right outside my window. I love the sweet music at night.
Cheers to the photo!

There’s no rush, at your own pace… just make sure the pics are gorgeous
And they usually are, so no worries

Indeed Oyvind you should come over and join us on one of the walks, they are good fun, lots of talking and a few photos to boot.
Rosy – Was concerned the past three days that my frog had disappeared, been eaten or plain ole moved on, was fantastic to hear the squatter signing away last night again its very relaxing!
Mike – thanks so much for the comment, it is very difficult to keep it going on a daily basis after so many years, so your comment is so welcoming
