Merrion Square Graffiti Benches

How nice it was to be out and about with no rain falling on my head the other day. I decided to venture down to Merrion Square to see if there were any new flowers starting to shoot up, even though spring aint arrived really yet. I did stop though to take a shot of these 2 benches destroyed by graffiti. As I have said in the past some graffiti is very artistic this on the other hand is plain old vandalism.
I desaturated the shot quite a bit and gave it a good bit of contrast hopefully to give the impression of the stark reality of vandalism.

I really like them to be honest. The way the grafitti artists have stuck to the consistant colours of white and black on the standard green of the benches gives them an organic, camoflaged quality not found on many other benches outside of Ireland
