Last weekend I was up at the Hellfire Club up in the Dublin mountains. On the walk up to the house at the top of Mount Pelier, I passed by these 2 horses grazing in a field with stunning views over the Dublin skyline, unfortunately due to the weather, mist and rain its hard to see the extent of it.

Its gonna be a quiet day blog wise today, its Saint Patricks day!!!!

This is an image I took last year from the parade when pix.ie got a load of us photographers passes on the parade route!

As I have said I love what the snow did to Dublin. Suddenly even Lower Baggot Street, the road where I work, was made look beautiful. Enough Said.

Well I have a few more photos from the snow to go this week, I love snow and I have to be honest when it was falling and fresh on the ground it really did make Dublin a much prettier city.

This is another photo from the Smithfield area in town looking up the Luas Tram Tracks, something a little more industrial about this I like.

On Sunday, I was invited to a photowalk with Vodafone as a start to their “Cheer up Ireland” campaign along with 14 other photographers, unfortunately the snow did not show as forecast and instead a thaw had begun from early morning. But we still ended up in Phoenix Park and built a huge snowman and we were certainly cheered up.

This shot was taken from the ferris wheel in Smithfield, looking down on a Luas leaving the tram station.

Well after all the planning across the world, Scott Kelbys 2nd worldwide photowalk got underway yesterday and I had the honour of leading a fantastic group of 46 people for the Dublin event. Rather then telling you all about it, everyone has been putting their images up on Pix.ie, many thanks to Marcus for allowing us to use the site for the event.

Looking though those photos will give you much more of an idea of what the day was like and can be found at this very handy webpage.

I had never been to Dublin City Hall until Iced Coffees Photowalk, and what a fantastic place to take photos, around every corner was something else to shoot.

Ok I could keep on posting up images from Patricks Day but I am nervous of boring you guys, so here is my last one for the time being.

I was actually unaware of this when I took the picture but how lucky was I to receive this stare from a member of the public, hope he does not mind me putting him up here!

This photo was also noticed by a fantastic photoshopper Mitzs who very kindly wrote an amazing post about my day at the parade. Its a great feeling to know my images can make an impression on folk.
