I have no idea how I even spotted this scene, as myself Gingerpixel and Redmum were walking up to grand canal dock, we passed a bus stop and in the gap between it and the wall was some sort of Chinese left overs, I have no idea why it was left in this small gap except that it may have been a homeless person getting shelter from the elements.

A bit of human behaviour I’ve witnessed a few times could explain this… when some people don’t see a bin around, and aren’t willing to wait for a bin, they’ll try to nearly hide their rubbish rather then dropping it out in the open.
