Wonderful room and can’t wait to see the open kitchen area. I’m sure it is amazing too. Best of luck with the finalisation of it all (I’ll be happy to help if there are things to be done in August )

Yep 13 foot by 14 foot so quite huge but believe it or not Lucky, we have a suprising amount of garden left, well enough for Rebecca to play about on, the bit from the doors is quite narrow since we went more then halfway across the house but still with a deck there it should look the part.

The rest of the house is what will amaze you Lucky TBH, it is very different from what you will remember.
